Hi, I’m Spencer, Regional Manager at Dwello. You could say property is in my blood.

I’ve been working in estate agency for over 25 years, spending much of my career with two of the UK’s biggest agencies, Countrywide and Haart, as a senior branch manager.

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of people move, and I still get a real buzz handing over the keys to a new owner. But I’ve also seen first-hand the frustrations that come with moving home: delays, poor communication, and that all-too-common feeling of being left in the dark.

That’s why I joined Dwello. We do things differently, with clearer communication, smarter processes and a focus on keeping people moving. If you’re thinking about your next move, I’d love to help.

Hi, I’m Tony, founder of Dwello and Regional Manager for Suffolk.

My journey into property started with personal frustration, alongside a front-row view of our family-run property businesses over the last 40 years. I saw first-hand how complex, slow and stressful moving home can be.

Alongside this, I spent 18 years in banking, specialising in digital transformation and customer experience, turning complicated processes into something simpler and more intuitive. Over time, it became clear those skills could be used to improve one of life’s biggest moments: moving home.
